The longer term rates below require an approved application, signed lease, and security deposit.
Shorter term stays are booked through airbnb. Longer term stays can also be booked on Airbnb to bypass the application and security deposit requirements.
Monthly rates for all inclusive lake side living, varies on time of year, length of lease, or number of people renting.
Studio Apartments: $1000-$1750/mo*
One & two bedrooms are $1600-$2900/mo*
Three bedrooms are $1995-$3995/mo*
*Prices listed base rates for up to two adults and includes all utilities, wifi, outdoor maintenance & waterfront care. If an effort to be affordable to more people, we add fees only as they apply.
$300 fee added for under 3 month stay. Over 3 month stay, monthly housekeeping service is required adding $100/mo. Under 3 month stay housekeeping is optional at $100/per time.nt things to note:
Each extra guest above two people $200/month in the summer months, $100/month in the off season. Kids under 5 are free. Kids between 6 and 12 are charged as half a person.
$150 one time pet fee per stay, per pet. One small dog (under 30 pounds) okay at lake view properties. Up to two pets, cats or dogs okay at 136 units. No aggressive breeds.
For summer: 50% of rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is due one month before move in, & full payment due at move in. No refunds until/unless unit is re-rented, minus a $500 cancellation fee.
For off season: Security deposit is due at lease signing. 1st month's rent is due the week of move in.
Security deposit = one month of lowest monthly rate.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. No cleaning fees, but charges will be passed on at $50/hr if it takes longer than 2 hours to clean & restorck after move out.
HOA enforces quiet enjoyment between 10pm to 7am. Parties are not permitted.
HOA requires application, lease, and ID for all monthly renters plus a liability waiver to be signed by all adult guests. Minimum credit scores & clean background checks required. Airbnb booked guests must have positive reivew history.
2026 Pontoon rental in the summer is $250 first day, $100 each day after. Guest is responsible for cleaning, re-setting the cover, and properly parking the boat.
Park your boat for $30 a day, $100 a week, must have management prior approval and boat owner accepts all risks associated with storing the boat onsite.
