Outdoor Tour

Between May and October our hammocks, docks, and summer fun is available for all residents to use.

Enjoy campfires by the lake in our Adirondack chairs.

Ask about renting the pontoon.

Kayaks and paddleboards are first come first serve. We count on residents to return equipment when borrowed.

Ou lake shore has a sandy bottom with a gradual slope to the deeper waters. 

The back hills have three disc golf baskets. Create your own course w/fun hills, trees, & water features.

We began a shore line restoration project in 2024. Fencing keeps the geese (and their poop) at bay.

In addition to a full city block of shoreline, a creek runs along our southern border.

Four townhomes, each with a guest suite all look out over Cross Lake.

The adjacent homes also share the shoreline and HOA amenities. As with all our properties they are divided into two.

We call this our Manor home. There is a 3 bedroom unit plus what will be extra storage and/or a community space is planned for the future.

The blue house was the original homestead to the area. Horse stables were removed to build the townhomes.
