This unit was built for the original owner's mother. We preserved it's history by keeping the best the 70s had to offer - the bold colors, lush greenery, the private kitchen, rich woods, and tons of storage - but modernized the rest with modern appliances, smart TVs, & calming bedrooms. The views are unmatched in this unit.
The smaller bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, Roku TV, good size closet, an an a/c unit for the summer.
Get your glam on with this mix of 1970's color with modern fixtures and storage.
The lake facing bedroom has a queen bed and a narrow twin that can be easily folded and put away if desired.
There are three large closets in this room! Two shown here and a third behind the picture. The room a/c is in the closet.
Pocket doors on both entrances to close off the kitchen mess is a 70's feature you may wish more modern homes had. (If you like the open concept kitchens - check out unit 1B downtown stairs.) The kitchen has modern appliances, in floor heat, tons of storage. Dishwasher is the to left of the sink.
Fun fact: The original builder's mother lived here. It was built for her to enjoy the lake and have neighbors close by. It was built with love and we've curated this unit as a tribute to it's past. All main floor living, it has 2 bedroom, 1 bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 3 a/c units, boiler heat, a balcony over looking the lake, and two tandem parking spots.
24" washer and full size dryer is in the bathroom. Lots of storage above.
The entryway has a coat closet or use the hooks. Stairs goes down to a door that is locked on both sides separating the units.
