Cohousing

We are inspired by cohousing communities across the globe where neighbors connect on their own terms mixing private homes with shared spaces. A community room is in the works for 2026. How it will be used is up to the people that live at Cross Lake Estates. Morning yoga, cribbage tournaments, plant-based/vegan community meals?  (Those are the things I'd like to bring when we make a permanent move in 2029 after our kids graduate). There is a great spot for a future garden.

Rezoning will be required before individual lots can be sold, a goal for 2030 and beyond. Until then, community members would be tenants with membership priveleges.
