Cohousing

We are inspired by cohousing communities across the globe where neighbors connect on their own terms mixing private homes with shared spaces. A community room is in the works for 2026. How it will be used is up to the people that live at Cross Lake Estates.

Rezoning will be required before individual lots can be sold, a goal for 2030 and beyond. Until then, community members would be tenants with membership priveleges.
