We are inspired by cohousing & coliving communities across the globe where neighbors connect on their own terms mixing private homes or private rooms with shared spaces. Community Room is in the works for 2026. How it will be used is up to the people that live at Cross Lake Estates. Morning yoga, cribbage tournaments, holiday meals? Individual guest suites are coming too for the most affordable way to live on the lake.
