Called our "Base camp" because that's what it used to be. As owners we'd reserve this space to make sure we always had a place on the lake. Open in 2025 for the first time in the summer season, it has everything you need: washer, dryer combo, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave, moveable/flexible furniture for many uses and guests with a wonderful patio over looking Cross Lake.
Technically a studio, but thanks to curtains and back room big enough for a queen bed, the sleeping area is nicely separated. The TV shown was moved to the living area - you can still watch TV lying in bed.
The fireplace is decorative only. The wood is for the outdoor firepit.
Patio door is the main entrance and faces directly out to Cross Lake.
This is the view from your front patio! Grill is shared with the upper unit.
Kayaks are included in rent. Enjoy when the weather allows!
Kitchenette has an induction hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and sink.
Stocked with what you need to cook, serve, and eat. (You provide the food, a grocery store is just 2 miles away)
Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit.The modular sofa means you can arrange in many ways.
Heated floors in the bathroom.
Washer/dryer combo unit in back closet area.
Looking up from the lake, there are stairs to help reach the lake.
Small HOA with four townhomes and 3 single family homes share the grounds.
